This application form is solely for the Purpose of registering the applicant and it bestows no right whatsoever to the applicant including ownership rights.

Documents pertaining to the title of the property shall be made available at the designated office of the Company for inspections by the applicant.

Cancellation Charges: 25% of booking amount and the balance will be refunded within 30 days. No interest will be paid on refunded amount.

Agreement Execution: If the agreement of sale is not executed within 15 days from the booking date, we reserve the right to cancel your allotment and refund the booking advance to you (after deduction of 25% of blocking amount).

Stamp duty and registration, legal charges shall be extra at actual.

Annual maintenance fees ₹8 per sq ft after registration of the property.
