Sunshine by JOY is the only community with lush greenery and the best ambiance to live in at affordable prices in Bangalore. I would say no other realtor is providing such premium and life-changing amenities right within the community at such a best price. During the site tour, the scent of lemongrass was extremely relaxing as we strolled along the nature trail. That was very appealing since they had placed these lemon grasses alongside walking pathways, filling the air with its wonderful fragrance.
